Summit Elevator Company provides several maintenance programs. Each program is adapted and molded to each elevator. With each elevator having different characteristics, it is important to take the time to survey and analyze each elevator to provide a maintenance schedule that produces effective and efficient results.
Maintenance Contracts
 | Oil and Grease Service- Provides routine inspection and lubrication of elevator components, which are performed during normal business hours. Adjustments, and parts replacement are not included in this contract and are to be billed separately. Summit Elevator Company will perform a detailed survey and provide a written report detailing the condition of the elevators. |
Standard Maintenance Service- Provides routine inspection, lubrication, adjustments, preventative maintenance procedures, and call back service, which are performed during normal business hours. Parts with a cost under $150 are replaced at no additional charge to the customer. Overtime callbacks can be included or billed separately. |  |
 | Premium Maintenance Service- Provides routine inspection, lubrication, adjustments, preventative maintenance procedures, and call back service, which are performed during normal business hours. Parts that need to be replaced due to normal wear and tear will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer. Overtime calls are not included unless otherwise negotiated. Overtime callbacks can be included or billed separately. |
